Bruce Thomas M.D.

Bruce Thomas is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Medical College of Georgia. After the completion of a surgical internship, Dr. Thomas was selected to serve as a medical officer for Naval Special Warfare Group One and later in the training center for the U.S. Navy SEALs. This was a valuable experience in treating and returning high level athletes to full activity.

Following the successful completion of the vigorous orthopedic surgical residency program at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, Dr. Thomas was selected and retained as teaching staff on the shoulder service at the Navy’s flagship orthopedic residency program where he worked with leaders in the field of shoulder surgery such as John Lapoint M.D. Here he developed expertise and taught residents techniques in advanced shoulder operative and non-operative treatment.

In his practice at Mountain View Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Dr. Thomas specializes in non-operative and advanced arthroscopic surgical treatment of sports injuries with an emphasis on shoulder and knee injuries. He provides medical support for several area high school sports teams.

Dr. Thomas has had articles published in the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and anatomic dissections published in anatomy text used at Weber State University and other higher learning centers.

Dr. Thomas is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is board certified, Sports Medicine, by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Thomas, his wife Amy, and their four children love the active outdoor Utah lifestyle. He is an avid mountain and road cyclist, hiker and skier.

Natalie Mar M.D.

Dr. Natalie Mar is a medical doctor and a board certified dermatologist certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She received her undergraduate degrees at Stanford University. She received her medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles and completed her residency at the University of California, Davis.

She practices medicine in San Francisco, California specializing in dermatology and has been a guest physician at the St. Louis Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

Dr. Mar is a member of the United States National Ski Patrol and has been affiliated with the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia since 2006. Some of her hobbies include skiing, flying, hiking and exploring new places in various parts of the world.

Diane Lundy M.D.

Born in Michigan and retired from the U.S. Navy, Dr. Diane Lundy now lives in the beautiful Florida Keys.

Her medical specialties include family practice, aviation medicine and ophthalmology. Diane completed her undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, her doctor of medicine at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine and a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Southern California. She has been a member of the U.S Ski Patrol since 1995 and is a volunteer patroller at the Utah Olympic Training Park. At home in Florida, she enjoys scuba diving and underwater photography.

Scott Ford PAC

Scott Ford is a Physician Assistant who works in sports medicine and orthopedic trauma. He received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. He then received his masters degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Since graduation he has helped provide medical coverage for the community and local high school teams. He is a member of the National Ski Patrol and has been affiliated with the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia since 2009.

He enjoys skiing, basketball, traveling, and the outdoors.

Nathan Savage DPT

Dr. Savage has been in practice as a Physio Therapist for over 11 years. He specializes in orthopaedic physio therapy and sports medicine. Dr. Savage has received advanced training and certification in orthopaedic manual therapy and clinical electrophysiology.

Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology at the University of Utah he went on to receive his Master of Science degree in physical therapy at the University of Rhode Island and ultimately his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Savage began his practice as a Physio Therapist in Knoxville, Tennessee and subsequently returned to his home state of Utah to practice for the past 9 years in Brigham City, Utah, recently opening a new practice in South Ogden, Utah. Dr. Savage is a diplomat of the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties being recognized as an Orthopaedic Clinic Specialist.

Dr. Savage is passionate about his chosen field of Physio Therapy and finds great joy in helping his patients recover from injury or surgery and return to full function.
