NSWIS athlete Taylah O’Neill has completed her overseas competition season with a fifth place finish in the moguls event at the World Junior Freestyle Championships in Valmalenco, Italy.
The result was impressive for 17-year-old O'Neill, with a strong field in attendance with athletes who regularly compete on the World Cup circuit.
In the dual moguls, O'Neill qualified for the finals in seventh place, but was unfortunately did not advance in her dual against Norweigen World Cup skier Hedvig Wessel, to finish in 12th place overall.
Also competing for Australia in the moguls was Brodie Summers, who had some speed control issues on the challenging course to finish in 27th in the moguls and 25th in the Dual Moguls.
