OWIA pro contracted athletes Kent Callister, Holly Crawford and Nathan Johnstone will be training and competing in North America during November and December, in the lead up to their participation at the World Championships early next year.
Three additional pro athlete contracts have been offered to outstanding high performance athletes. The OWIA expects to announce these contracts in the very near future.
All of the contracted pro athletes were selected in anticipation of their contribution to Australia’s Winning Edge (AWE) targets of medals at the annual benchmark event, the 2015 World Championships and ultimately the 2018 Olympic Winter Olympic Games.
