MOGUL SKIING PROGRAM INFORMATION

The OWIA Mogul Skiing program aims to provide contracted athletes with a world class program opportunity including world's best coaching, team management and support services.

The program is supported by:

• National Federation: Snow Australia
• Program Partners: Australian Olympic Committee, Australian Institute of Sport, New South Wales Institute of Sport
• Sponsors and Supporters: Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre
• Underpinning Program: New South Wales Institute of Sport
• Domestic Training Base: Perisher, Snow Australia Water Jump Park, Geoff Henke Water Jump Chandler, Brisbane.

Performance highlights since the inception of the program in 1998 include:

• Gold Medal, 2006 Olympic Winter Games (Dale Begg-Smith)
  
• Gold Medal, 2022 Olympic Winter Games (Jakara Anthony)
  
• Silver Medal, 2010 Olympic Winter Games - Dale Begg-Smith, and 2018 Olympic Winter Games - Matt Graham.
  
• 132 World Cup Medals, including 53 victories
  
• 11 World Championship medals (Matt Graham x 4, Dale Begg-Smith x3, Britt Cox x2, Maria Despas x1, Jakara Anthony x1) which includes World Championship Gold Medals to Dale Begg-Smith (2007) and Britt Cox (2017).
  
• 8 World Cup Overall Titles (Dale Begg-Smith x4, Jakara Anthony x2, Britt Cox x1, Matt Graham x1. Jakara Anthony also won the World Cup title for dual moguls (2022 and 2024) and single moguls (2023 and 2024).
